Dr. Ahern has been practicing medicine for over 15 years in the Emergency Room. He has held academic appointments at multiple world-class health organizations including the University of Utah, Cleveland Clinic and most recently on staff with Scripps Health. He has a passion for teaching and has trained hundreds of physicians and lectured internationally. Realizing that today’s health system isn’t focused on fitness, wellness, and prevention he expanded his interest outside of traditional medicine. He believes that infusion therapy can optimize your overall health by supplying appropriate hydration and nutrients to your body beyond what oral supplementation can provide. Outside of working in the ER he incorporates many different forms of wellness in his life including yoga, meditation, and physical activity. Dr. Ahern has trained for and completed multiple athletic events including triathlons, marathons, and ultra-marathons.
Tiffany Ahern has over 20 year of business management experience. She has worked with multiple fortune 500 companies in different leadership roles. Tiffany has an undergraduate degree as well as her Masters in Human Resource Management. Her passion for people and projects became obvious as she was a successful project manager for several years. It was during this time she realized the lack of focus employees had on health and wellness in the corporate environment. Tiffany developed this business model with the goal to make these treatments affordable and flexible for everyone’s busy lifestyle. She resides in Carlsbad, CA with her husband Dr. Ahern and 2 young girls. In her free time she is in school for Functional Diagnostic Nutrition and enjoys traveling and staying active with her family.
Today, more than ever, the public is realizing the importance of health and wellness. As an Integrative Nurse Practitioner, she understands that healthcare maintenance must encompass wellness checks of not only the physical body, but the mind, body, and spirit as a whole. Regular self-reflection, meditation and grounding can help identify these needs. She can help find the root cause of nutritional deficiencies with micro-nutrient testing and tailor treatments to your specific needs.
She truly believes that IV hydration will be a great way to initiate a path of wellness and start the collaborative conversation (during your infusion) on how to achieve your holistic wellness goals.
